On Bonkondji Imma and Jordan Subban:
It is one thing to "stand with" a player and then there is another for leagues to indefinitely ban the racist offender. Anti-racism education should be mandatory for every player in every league.
I am horrified and unsurprised.— Shireen Ahmed (@_shireenahmed_) January 23, 2022
Clearly, 30-game suspensions aren’t deterring racism. The ECHL has to do better in dealing with this latest incident. Just a disgusting disgrace. Feel sick for Jordan Subban. Feel sick to see two incidents like this in just days. There should be zero tolerance.
