Large cardamom powder: 2 tablespoons

Crushed cloves: 2 tablespoons

Cinnamon powder: 2 tablespoons

Small cardamom powder: 2 tablespoons

Jawtri powder: 2 tablespoons

Nutmeg crushed: one piece


Mix all these things well and store them in any jar. This will double the taste of your tea.

Behari Boti Spices:


Poppy seeds: 2 tablespoons

Proven dried coriander: 2 tablespoons

Nutmeg: One-piece

Jawtri: 8 to 10 pieces

Hot spice powder: a tablespoon

Red Chili Powder: 4 tablespoons

Salt: a tablespoon

Garbage powder: one tablespoon

Tartaric/citric acid: a teaspoon

Kashmiri red chillies: 3 tablespoons


Mix all ingredients in a grinder or mix to make a powder. Store in a jar and enjoy the delicious spring herbs.
