It is a popular large multiple entertainment venue district there on a river in downtown Jacksonville.
That has bars and restaurants and was also playing host today to a video game tournament. There were 3 fatalities and many were injured.
Counted at least about 12 shots there and one shot per pull of the trigger sounds like a semi-automatic rifle.
